Additional information

Participants should avoid wearing heavy perfumes so as not to affect their perception of the wine aromas.

Alcohol consumption

Several wines are tasted in each class. It is up to you whether you swallow them or spit them out (in the provided spittoons) and to moderate your consumption. You should however be aware that alcohol consumption does not enhance the senses.

Age verification

As recommended by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, we require our instructors to ask participants for proof of age if they appear to be younger than 25. This is to help ensure that alcohol is not served to minors. Individuals under 18 may not take courses during which alcohol is served.
