Recommendation

Participants are recommended not to wear heavy perfumes so as not to alter the perception of wine aromas.

Alcohol consumption

Several wines are tasted in each class. It is up to you whether you swallow them or spit them out (in the provided spittoons) and to moderate your consumption. You should however be aware that alcohol consumption does not enhance the senses.

Age verification

As recommended by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, we require our instructors to ask participants for proof of age if they appear to be under 25 years of age. This is to help ensure that alcohol is not served to minors. Individuals under 18 years of age may not take courses in which alcohol is served.
